Crew Chief
Years in NASCAR: 9

Pemberton began his crew chief career in 1997, calling the shots for the No. 36 MB2 Pontiac, driven by Derrike Cope. In 1998, Ernie Irvan took over the driving duties, and he and Pemberton combined for three poles and 11 top 10s.

In 2003, Ryan Pemberton returns to his NASCAR Winston Cup Series roots, rejoining MB2 Motorsports as crew chief for the No. 01 United States Army Pontiac, driven by Jerry Nadeau.
