AVENGER Crewmembers serve as part of the highly mobile AVENGER operations team. The AVENGER system is a lightweight and highly mobile surface-to-air missile/gun weapon system built on a HMMWV platform. Some of the duties for this job include: preparing, operating and firing the AVENGER weapons systems; establishing and maintaining communications; and assisting in maintaining situation maps.
